KT&G is currently seeking "Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Specialist" for supporting functions of Human Resources Department and report to Strategy and Planning Director in Tire Production Plant.
Qualifications
- University degree in related majors and master degree in Human Resources Management is asset
- Minimum 3 years Human Resources and Administrative Affairs experience in production facilities
- Knowledge about the Labor Law numbered 4857, SSI Law and the process of enforcing the legislation and follows the current changes
- Advanced level of both written and spoken English
- Strong communication, dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and analyze
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to set plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a good team player
- High energy with strong desire
- No military obligations for male candidates
Job Description
- To implement Human Resource standards, functions, policies, procedures, systems and plans
- Responsible for recruitment processes in accordance with Company Policy and the Law
- Responsible for employee relations, influence and motivate people associated with Company Policy
- Responsible for Administrative Affairs management and control
- To support compensation and benefits function of HR
- To manage factory facilities (Catering, transportation, security etc.)
- Preparing all regular HR and Cost related reports
