QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a " Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Specialist " for our leading client operating in packaging manufacturing sector.
(Location: Antalya / Turkey)
Job Description:

  • Execution of personnel recruitment, first interview-evaluation and orientation processes and management of dismissal processes
  • To implement the EHS legislation and to follow and control its processes
  • Monitoring the implementation of Performance Evaluation processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and organize the the training & development initiatives
  • Assist in with preparation of human resources reports
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable legal laws and regulations
  • Take initiatives to develop of Employee Engagement actions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Having a good command of Human Resources processes, at least 3 years of experience in Payroll and Personnel transactions
  • Having an experience in Recruitment Processes, Training and Development Planning, Performance and Talent Management
  • Having a good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and applications
