Job Description:

Assist HR Director for daily bussiness activities

Make planing by following the daily work flow and agenda

Coordinating travel organizations,schedule meetings,events and appointments

Respond to all the related issues behalf of the HR Director upon receiving her guidance

Providing communication between the HR Director and other departmants

Preparing presentations and attending meetings with the HR Director

Reviewing incoming phones,questions,requests,bringing up the appropriate ones,

Supporting organizations to be held within the company


Expected education level, professional knowledge and skills :

Bachelor’s degree in a related fields

Excellent verbal and written skills both English & French

Previous professional experience in the related area is an asset (min.3 years)

Excellent communication,organization, time management,sense of urgency and problem solving skills,

Willingness to learn and flexible & team work oriented.

Holistic perspective

The ability of self-expression and digital skills.

Adaptation to cross-functional work with central and local teams

Have good skills in Ms Office programs
