QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Turkey’s leading building material manufacturer Çimsa is operating with its 5 integrated plants in Mersin, Eskişehir, Kayseri, Niğde, and Afyonkarahisar, a grinding facility in Ankara.

As one of the first two brands in the world in white cement, Çimsa is an international cement manufacturer with its terminals in Houston (USA), Hamburg (Germany), Trieste (Italy), Sevilla and Alicante (Spain), Famagusta (T.R.N.C.), Constanza (Romania) and Novorossiysk (Russia). In the second quarter of 2019, Çimsa signed the agreement for the acquisition of Buñol, the white cement plant with Europe's most advanced production technology.


For our growing organization, we are currently looking for a strong profile to join our Human Resources team as HR Business Partner.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industry Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration or Psychology,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist or relevant experience,
  • Well organized, able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively,
  • Improved analytical thinking, planning and organization skills,
  • Good command of MS Office programs,
  • SAP knowledge will be an asset,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Technical knowledge and experience in reporting,
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and organizational skills


Job Description

  • Assisting and participating in HR programs such as performance management, organizational design, recruitment and trainings,
  • Supporting to develop diverse source and tools for effective recruitment,
  • Participating the preparation and updating policies, procedures and standards,
  • Providing support to all other HR related projects,
  • Coordinating employee satisfaction survey process,
  • Designing organization structures in detail on function basis, to create the charts, to ensure information is always up to date,
  • Driving process improvement initiatives to help scale existing processes for a growing organization.
