QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify the business needs and align business strategies with HR strategies
- Supervise the respective partner department and the employees in all HR processes, starting with recruitment, onboarding, compensation, training, development, performance evaluation, HR issues, disciplinary topics and exit process
- Provide consultancy and support to the respective partner managers regarding HR systems, processes and policies, promote the use of the HR tools
- Work on finding best fits into the organization, conduct the recruitment and onboarding processes for employees and Drive Up interns: represent the company and respective departments in universities and job fairs in scope of employer branding activities
- Conduct exit process and do the investigation of discipline related issues if HR interference is necessary
- Equip the staff of the partner departments with the development capabilities
- Coordinate performance and career management processes for the respective partner departments
- Conduct employee specific operational compensation and benefit related processes, operational salary review process
- Consult partner department managers for organizational development / team activities / change processes
- Coordinate workforce planning and monitoring activities for the partner departments in alignment with company strategy and targets
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Consultancy skills, reliable, proactive and customer oriented
- Excellent level of analytical and problem solving skills
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience in HR, having a comprehensive picture of the company, other department’s tasks and responsibilities
- Familiarity with HR processes, systems and tools
