Our multinational business partner which operates in insurance sector is looking for a "HR Business Partner".
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering and/or other relevant areas
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Business Partnership rol
- Expertise on key HR disciplines (recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning & development, coaching/mentoring etc.
- High level of English proficiency
- Advanced level of MS Office Programs (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent team-player with advanced presentation and verbal/written communication and consulting skills, and result-oriented attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes and manages each step of employee journey such as Hiring, Welcoming & Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Engagement and Termination
- Acts as an “Change Agent” to deliver value-added services and actions, manages and resolves employee relations issues
- Consults Line Managers regarding human resource-related issues as the first point of contact for HR needs of colleagues and managers
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Leads career discussions with colleagues, supporting their personal development as well as recognizing the talent fit and gaps in the organization
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Works in close collaboration with other HR teams, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, Total Rewards and HR Operations with “One HR” approach and respond to business line accordingly
- Leads and/or contributes to HR related projects
