· To meet the current requirements of HR processes and operations,
· To support compensation and benefits functions of Hr within the scope of corporate structure,
· To follow up necessary notifications that are made to the official institutions and organizations related to personnel transactions, entry-exit, social insurances..etc,
· To manage the payment process, payroll, accruals related to personal rights such as salary, bonus, advance payments, annual leave, severance pay, overtime..etc,
· To report and monitor Personnel Attendance Tracking System,
· To make agreements in order to ensure the accuracy of the salary accounts of the employees,
· To take an active role in wage management;
· To manage the process of the employment of the personnel employed and the termination of the employment of the personnel assigned, in accordance with the legal regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree in a related department,
· At least 5 years of experience in core Human Resources areas, especially in compensation and benefits function,
· Excellent communication skills in English,
· Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
· Self-motivated, detail & result oriented with strong planning and organizational skills,
· Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks,
· Positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills,
