Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Psychology etc.
  • 10+ years experience gained in similar positions
  • Good knowledge of both written and spoken of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced level Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Experienced in team management, possessing new generation leadership skills, giving importance to organizational commitment and organizational goals
  • Taking initiative and decision making skills, have a customer-oriented service approach and adaptable to change quickly

Job Description

  • Establishing and standardizing sustainable human resources policies and practices that will increase the efficiency of the organization
  • Establishing an effective performance and talent management structure and ensuring that it is constantly updated
  • Determining and following the targets and roadmap that will support the efficiency of the organization in line with the company strategy
  • In this context, monitoring the internal organizational structure, improving the hierarchy and title order and carrying out improvement studies
  • Improving in-house acknowledgment, appreciation and rewarding processes
  • Carrying out studies for establishing a corporate culture in the organization and ensuring that its efficiency is measured
  • Designing the formation of development processes for the needs of the position and managing the processes
  • Identifying critical positions, evaluating potential employees and performing redundancy studies
  • Designing career paths and rotational steps and ensuring that the content of the positions is clarified
  • Carrying out employee loyalty studies, making analyzes and taking necessary actions and ensuring the sustainability of these actions
  • Establishing, executing and maintaining the scope of employer branding activities
  • Designing new and visionary human resources processes and applications in line with the company's needs, following the projects and putting them live
  • Carrying out, developing and improving internal communication studies
  • Ensuring effective management of the Human Resources Software topology in line with digitalization
  • Ensuring the improvement of the employee analytics project in line with company objectives (data quality, inter-system integration, dashboard designs, etc.).
  • Conducting continuous market research for the improvement of the systems and processes for which it is responsible and ensuring that the relevant technologies are followed
  • Ensuring the establishment of the necessary governance structure for the dissemination of the People
