Our client, who is operating inmining industry clients is looking for HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting time sheet data and payroll information on time
  • Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, etc
  • Preparing and processing paychecks
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations
  • Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
  • Preparing periodic payroll reports
  • Performing employment - leaving process
  • Following and performing notice of levy and other official correspondence process

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other related fields
  • Strong knowledge of tax and labor laws
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices
  • Working knowledge Personnel Tracking System, MEYER preferable
  • Detail- oriented
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP
  • Analytical thinking & effective planning skills
  • Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
  • A highly motivated team worker, problem solver, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments
