Reed Turkey is a looking for "HR Manager" for its multinational client operating in Elevator industry.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience; preferably in Union experience
  • Experienced HR generalist with strong background of HR operations/function
  • Sound knowledge of the Human Resource policies and procedures
  • Fluent written and spoken English essential
  • Sound knowledge of workforce planning and talent management
  • Sound knowledge of total rewards framework
  • Good understanding of the local labour laws & local HR practices
  • Past experience in dealing with Union is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, planning and organizing skills

Job Description:

  • Prepare HR plan for Turkey branch in line with the business strategy and global HR strategy.
  • Ensure that organization is compliant with and abiding with the labour law in Turkey.
  • Ensures all job descriptions, job evaluations and grade structure are aligned accurately with the organizational structure.
  • Manage day to day HR operational activities including payroll, employee files and legal paperwork.
  • Coordinate and maintain all types of staff benefits schemes
  • Actively build strong peer relationships in local management team; coach and consult leaders on efficient conflict management; support leaders in building, identifying, retaining and promoting talent; enables performance driven culture and strong employee capabilities
  • Work effectively as a team member to support and implement processes for, performance management, Training & Development and Organizational Development.
  • Liaise and support the management and staff on performance and employee relations matters
  • Implement and support and in timely execution of Human Resource performance management framework in order to measure and improve Company’s people performance
  • Provide/ recommend/budget training & development plans in line with the business strategy
  • Maintain a fair & structured recruitment process owned by HR to ensure that the best talent is hired and retained through the best practice recruitment tools
  • Support the management in executing the internal and external recruitment capabilities, maintenance of relations with head-hunters/recruitment agencies and ensure visibility of Company
  • Organize and promote activities to promote the employee’s well being and increase their engagement
  • Define goals and key performance indicators for each member of the Human Resources Functional team and ensure effective implementation of the Company performance management process.
  • Manage the team members by evaluating their performance providing feedback on an on-going basis, identifying development needs and coaching them to ensure capability development.
