QUALIFICATIONS

•At least a BS or BA in a related field. MS degree is an asset,

•At least 2 years experience in a related field in order to be familiar with standard, concepts, practices and procedures of human resources management,

•Strong communication skills, cross functional team worker,

•Structured, good in operational work,

•Energetic and creative, eager to learn continuously,

•Analytical thinking, result oriented, self motivated,

•Fluency in both written and spoken English,

•No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Incumbents of this role will be accountable for:

•Responsible for the recruiting process and the successful staffing of positions including external hiring, internal transfer and contract/temporary resourcing,

•Develops and implements employer branding strategy,

•Coordinates recruitment activities with universities,

•Participate in HR projects.
