Mikro Yazılım is a long-established, pioneering, and innovative software and service company in our country since 1988. We are looking for a colleague in the role of "Legal Counsel" who will share our knowledge and experience of more than 30 years and our excitement since the first day!

Legal Counsel (Hybrid) İstanbul, Türkiye

What you should expect?

-Draft, review, prepare and negotiate various agreements, provide legal advice and ensure all agreements are applicable to law.

-Manage company corporate documents and manage all corporate law processes,

-Provide legal advice on matters pertaining to laws and regulations related to the companied operating fields,

-Manage and coordinate legal processes,

- Monitor and follow up the amendments on the relevant legislation and inform the departments,

-Report to the legal director.

What are we looking for:

-Bachelor’s degree in law,

-Minimum 5 years experience in a reputable law firm and/or legal department,

-Experience in license/technology agreements, corporate law, commercial law, contract law, intellectual property, personel data protection law and technologies law.

- Good command of written& spoken English& Turkish,

-Effective verbal and written communication skills,

-Having analytical and problem solving mind.
