GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a “Legal Intern” for Borusan EnBW Energy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3th or 4th year student in Law Faculties,
• Flexible schedule to work minimum 3 full days a week,
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,
• Ambition and desire to progress, develop, and to take responsibility,
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
• Interest on contracts, regulations and projects,
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills,
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills (multitasking and ability to meet deadlines)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support and assist Legal & Compliance Manager;
• In daily operations such as contract reviews,
• Monitoring relevant regulation updates and preparing progress reports in English and Turkish,
• Monitoring and following up the ongoing digitalization projects of the department,
• Conducting researches on the relevant legal and compliance topics and preparinglegal opinions in English and Turkish,
• Following up outsourced litigation files and related activities.
