GENEL NİTELİKLER

Qualifications

· Min. bachelor degree in related fields,

· Min. 5 years HRBP experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (retail, FMCG, etc sectors),

· Excellent verbal & written English skills,

· Having good level of MS Office skills,

· Preferably knowledgeable of ERP Systems,

· Experience in leading / managing change in organizations,

· Strong work ethic and initiative, with optimum time management and project management skills,

· Result-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment,

· Having desire to do outstanding jobs, highly motivated,

· A strong team player who is committed to taking on a systematic and agile way of thinking,

· Proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure with deadlines,

· Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability,

· No restriction to travel and thinking broadly about business,

· No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account, regarding all HR processes, systems and practices carried out by Human Resources Department i.e. performance evaluation, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, salary increase and organizational change, following up related Labor Law and other related legal regulations about HR issues,

· Coordinate workforce planning and monitoring activities for the partner departments in alignment with company strategy and targets,

· Communicate and work with business units proactively and in close contact to deliver value-added HR services and develop integrated solutions,

· Build strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees in his/her account to obtain a positive employee relation and working environment,

· Present a strong HR expertise and coaching on people issues, in order to assist leaders whenever it is necessary,

· Take part in HR projects as a project leader or project member whenever it is necessary.
