- Recruitment White Collar and Blue Collar Employees for cross functional teams
- Involve in development activities for related employees
- Take an active role in Performance, Potential of related employees
Qualifications
- University Degree in related areas (Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Psychology etc.)
- Newly graduate / 1-2 years experience in Human Resources area
- Excellent command of English
- Highly competent in using MS Office Programs
- Ability to develop creative and innovative programs and policies based on business requirements
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
- Communicates clearly and effectively with associates at all levels, key external partners and customers
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
