Qualifications
University Degree in related areas (Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Psychology etc.)
Newly graduate / 1-2 years experience in Human Resources area

Ability to develop creative and innovative programs and policies based on business requirements
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
