We are looking for “Human Resources Business Partner, Field” for Central Anatolian & Blacksea Region, will be located in Ankara.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources,
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably master’s degree in HR,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP,
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills,
- Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
- Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and applications,
- Has driving licence,
- Travel is required,
- Advance level of English,
- Adapts and leads through uncertainty,
- Have significant HR experience gained at business partner level ideally within a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Job Desription
- At least 5 years of previous experience in the role within a retail organization,
- Be a resource to business field teams on all aspects of organizational effectiveness, including: Recruiting/Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Strategies, Talent Strategies,
- Coach employees and managers regarding employee relations, career development, and performance management,
- Prepare and follow up HR reports,
- Visit stores regularly and allign teams on HR processes and standards,
- Thinking strategically part on organizational structure, competency & development and culture & engagement continuously to improve the company standards.
