QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE:

To contribute to the delivery of the HR strategy of CFN Kimya, enabling the business to secure optimum performance and commitment from all human resources practices. To contribute to the HR strategy continuing to be future-focused, attracting and retaining the talent and skills required by CFN Kimya in order that it can meet its current and future strategic business goals. To contribute to the drive to become an ‘employer of choice’.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to the development & execution of HR strategy
  • Contribute fully as a key member of the HR team of CFN Kimya
  • Ensures that business units receive a customer-focused HR service line and are fully supported by HR systems, processes, and expert advice
  • Effective relationship management of the HR partnerships required to deliver a comprehensive value-add service line
  • Management of dedicated HR processes including their improvement and implementation
  • Identify and contribute to the implementation of mechanisms which have a positive impact on employee motivation as evidenced by decreasing retention rates
  • Contribute to the management of the recruitment process ensuring that a minimum of vacancies exists that all sources are fully activated that all new hires are high calibre including pro-active recruitment activities.
  • Provide input onto the continuos monitoring required to ensure that the reward strategy is aligned to the business goals and that it drives appropriate values-based behaviours
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a performance management system which encapsulates reward and drives improved levels of individual performance as evidenced by business targets being exceeded
  • Contribute to the creation of a ‘learning environment’ as evidenced by planned learning interventions aligned to strategic business goals and increased retention levels
  • Support corporate communications about all aspects of the Human Resources strategy
  • Promote best practice in all HR activities and relationships

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience in various areas of Human Resources, preferably in talent acquisition, talent management, performance management and culture management of sizable organizations.
  • University graduate
  • Desirable—Experience gained in production companies
  • Thorough understanding of all HR processes at operational level
  • Good command of MS Office Applications—Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
