Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist (Recruitment & Selection, Learning and Development, Career Planning, Performance Management, Personnel Affairs and Employee Relations etc.),
  • Responsible from the maintenance of employee and company records for accurate processing, compliance, and company reporting,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills,
  • Result oriented and fixer,
  • Able to take responsibility in multiple tasks and projects,
  • Self-disciplined and motivated,
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious for the recruitment and technology sectors,

İŞ TANIMI

  • Responsible for all Human Resources functions (Resourcing, Training & Development, Performance Management, Payroll, internal communication activities),
  • Taking an active role in all recruitment process recruiting and hiring efforts such as pre-screening, interviews and other related needs,
  • Planning and organizing team events, activities, information meeting,
  • Inputting, maintaining and updating confidential employee records in relevant data management systems,
  • Responsible for periodical HR related reports.
