QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities of HR Specialist

  • Proactively executes the delivery of HR Processes
  • Builds a strong business relationship with operations and site management
  • Able to use and customise TRIGO Group HR methods and resources for the company.
  • Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
  • Follow and moderate HR systems within the company (performance system, internal communication, HR procedure)
  • Control and supervision of the personnel records of the employees, the realization of the employment and exit procedures in accordance with the legal regulations and procedures
  • Controlling and monitoring the compliance of employment contracts with regulations, instructions and procedures
  • Follow-up and implementation of trial period evaluations in accordance with company procedures
  • Control and follow-up of employee leaves, working hours
  • Preparation of weekly / monthly HR reports

Necessary Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in Human Resources Management as Generalist including personnel management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economy/Engineering
  • Fluency in English (French would be preferable)
  • Knowledge of MS Office Programmes (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Initiative Taker, Self-Motivated and eager to learn and develop
  • Effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Good command of Legal Regulations, SSI Practices and Labour Law Knowledge
  • Having knowledge of all legislation and practices related to Occupational Health and Safety
  • High sense of responsibility, urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
