QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities of HR Specialist
- Proactively executes the delivery of HR Processes
- Builds a strong business relationship with operations and site management
- Able to use and customise TRIGO Group HR methods and resources for the company.
- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
- Follow and moderate HR systems within the company (performance system, internal communication, HR procedure)
- Control and supervision of the personnel records of the employees, the realization of the employment and exit procedures in accordance with the legal regulations and procedures
- Controlling and monitoring the compliance of employment contracts with regulations, instructions and procedures
- Follow-up and implementation of trial period evaluations in accordance with company procedures
- Control and follow-up of employee leaves, working hours
- Preparation of weekly / monthly HR reports
Necessary Qualifications
- 2-3 years of previous experience in Human Resources Management as Generalist including personnel management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economy/Engineering
- Fluency in English (French would be preferable)
- Knowledge of MS Office Programmes (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Initiative Taker, Self-Motivated and eager to learn and develop
- Effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Good command of Legal Regulations, SSI Practices and Labour Law Knowledge
- Having knowledge of all legislation and practices related to Occupational Health and Safety
- High sense of responsibility, urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
