We are looking for a "Human Resources Intern" to join our HR team!
Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th-grade university students
- Able to work min. 2 days/week
- Previous HR internship/experience is a plus
- Good level in English
- High motivated, eager to learn, and agile
- Good and effective communication skills
- Proactive and team player
Job Description
- Supporting HR functions such as recruitment process, organizational development
- Screening applicants (CVs), and scheduling interviews for candidates
- Supporting all personnel affairs processes such as organizing and updating personnel files
- Supporting and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures in line with corporate values
- Keeps the organization charts are up to date
- Collecting and creating the HR documents
- Executing and planning onboarding & orientation programs for new employees
