QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to work as a “HR Long Term Intern” for our company’s HR department. The work place is Kocaeli/Kartepe. The position will report directly to the Human Resources Manager.
Qualifications:
- 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology or related discipline.
- Eagerness to learn and having a career objective at Human Resources area.
- Able to work 5 days a week in school period.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good command of MS Office programs.
- Organized, proactive and curious.
- People-oriented, self-motivated, quick-learner.
Job Description:
- To support in the administration of blue collar training programs.
- To support the recruitment process.
- To assist in preparing reports and presentations on HR related topics.
- To support the targeted HR projects in the year.
- To support routine HR office duties and all administrative functions.
- To support employer branding activities.
