QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Human Resources Manager" with the following qualifications for the factory of our company with 100% foreign capital, which is one of the leading companies in the automotive industry, in Bursa.

• At least 3 years management experience in Human Resources,
• At least 8 years experience in the field of Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development, Recruitment, Labor Law, Wage and Salary Management, Payroll,
• Knowledge of MS Office programs is a must
• Communication techniques (incl. presentation, change management, negotiation and conflict resolution techniques)
• Good team working skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with other team members,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Bursa.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The mission of the position is to plan, coordinate and control all HR activities in order to meet budget and HR targets (e.g. recruiting, employee development, etc.). Furthermore, the HR Manager initiates and implements action plans for continuous improvement of all HR relevant processes.
