1- Conducting role of HR partnership for ground services functions, Activly participating in all HR projects;

2- Managing the full end to end recruitment cycle;

3- Coordinating emloyee onboarding processes and supporting employees engagement procedures;

4- Working on payroll, compensation and benefits, leagal processes;

5- Coordinating and tracking visas,work permits and expatriation requirements;

6- Responsible for learning and development activities, organizing training programs in line with the company strategy;
