QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Graduated from Psychology, Business, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, etc. departments of universities,
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of recruitment,
- Fluent in English,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
- Preferably has knowledge of SAP HR module,
- Able to communicate well within the team, exhibit synergetic approaches, take responsibility and are open to continuous improvement,
- Able to keep up with the intense work tempo,
- No travel restrictions.
Job Description:
- Executing Head Office recruitments for HQ,
- Conduct end to end recruitment processes within a high volume, dynamic environment,
- Executing the full lifecycle of recruitment process, scanning career portals for appropriate candidates, evaluating applications, having interviews and reference checks,
- Generate a pipeline of candidates through proactive recruitment methods,
- Recruiting for Management Trainee & Internship programs,
- To be involved in projects developed within Human Resources and produce new projects by presenting new ideas.
