About the job

We are currently seeking a talented and professional Human Resource (HR) Specialist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.


Responsibilities:


Manage all Human Resources Processes including but not limited to:

  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures. Support other departments in the development of procedures as needed.
  • Design and implement effective training and development plans.
  • Review and track employee performance. Implement improvement plans and work with under-performing employees.
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Maintain updated organizational charts and detailed job descriptions.
  • Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create surveys and analyze the result to create action plans.
  • Evaluate and implement employee suggestions, employee rewards, and other employee recognition programs.
  • Connect with all employees and create a safe, productive environment for all.
  • Work with and support continuous improvement activities within the company.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. Management experience or roles are preferred.
  • Excellent intercultural, interpersonal and teamwork skills. Experience working with people from other cultures is a big bonus.
  • Deep understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced level of English, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced problem-solving and team management abilities. Should be results-driven.
  • Strong analytical and observational skills.
  • Be able to work independently, make effective decisions, and take action accordingly.
  • Willing to go above and beyond for employees and work toward a strong company culture.
