And now we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to become even better!
About the job
Provide trusted and expert advice on a range of HR matters such as recruitment, talent acquisition, reward, employee relations, performance, organisation development, learning and development,
Delivery of all HR services,
Partner closely with hiring managers to drive talent management especially in talent acquisition,
Apply HR expertise and commercial understanding
Drive HR functional excellence and process improvement
About You
Essential experience in
- operating with an HR Generalist role in Call Centre, Customer Care or telesales environment
- each step of recruitment
- hiring process for non-Turkish citizen,
- discharge process
- employee experience (engagement surveys, action plan, etc)
Proven expertise and experience serving in a consultative capacity to management team,
Confident and capable in evolving current policies to be more in line with legislation changes or company changes,
Plan and manage projects within HR department,
Good Level in English.
