We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven HR Specialist with strong verbal and written English language skills who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, reaching & finding the candidates, interviews, involvement in recruitment decisions, selection, and hiring candidates.
  • Be responsible for posting the internal & external job posts
  • Manage the HR content on the corporate website and update it in case of necessity
  • Execute Employer Branding activities
  • Follow up & execute the CyanGate Academy Internship Program for all subgroups in collaboration with the Talent Leads
  • Keep in touch with the universities to coordinate and organize CyanGate Academy activities
  • Coordinate & participate in the university career days and maintain the relations with the universities
  • Prepare and update all the employee documents e.g., employment and termination contracts, agreements, terminations, notifications, certificates, referrals for research, etc.
  • Be responsible for organizing the onboarding program for the newcomers within the local organization
  • Manage the Employee Referral Program
  • Administer health and life insurance programs
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Maintain and administer all the staff related plans and programs
  • Assist accounting and administrative affairs as needed
  • Organize social events for the team and use creative ways to support company culture
  • Assist Marketing Department with internal/brand communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/University degree in preferably HR or Business
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, with a similar background preferably international recruiting experience
  • Good Organizational & Data Management Skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Team-oriented leadership skills honed through experience with senior management
  • Willingness to take ownership
  • Competency to work successfully across subgroups
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
