QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an international automotive components manufacturer and currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist (Payroll);


Handles the administrative management of Human Resources at his/her site(s) in accordance with the Group rules and the regulations in force.

· Handles all aspects of the administrative management of personnel, from when employees join the company to when they leave.

· Performs administrative tasks and follow-up (letters and emails, certificates, invitations, dashboards, reports, etc.) in accordance with Group rules.

Give support in HR Management tasks.

Payroll

· Completes the entire payroll process in accordance with legal requirements: from entry of data, checks, etc. to payments and the issuing of pay slips.

· Completes all of the post-payroll periodic processing.

· Manages employee files and ensures they are kept up to date in the payroll software.

Applies the instructions defined by the HR Systems Manager.


Requirements:


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or other related discipline,
  • Min. 5 years of related experience preferably, in the automotive industry.

Professional abilities:

· Interpersonal skills (open-mindedness, diplomacy, etc.), discretion, availability and a strong sense of confidentiality, discipline and organisation.

Proficiency in desktop applications and knowledge of payroll software and the Office suite. (Word, Excel, Link, Gecotime, etc.)

· Proficiency in English.

Technical knowledge:

· Some knowledge of employment legislation is desirable.
