QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for 'Human Resources Specialist' for our Turkey Plant, will take a role in HR Department on one-year contract with the qualifications below;
- Graduated from related fields
- Minimum 2 years or more of HR experience
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Experience with HR software
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and all associated regulations
- Active Driver
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Living or willing to relocate Manisa / İzmir
- Good team player, self-diciplined, result-oriented with planing and organization skills

Leading white collar & blue collar recruitment processOrganize and maintain personnel records by updating internal databsePrepare HR documents, like employment contracts and and on-boarding guidesManage training & development programsRouting the performance management sytemExpatriatre management (residance permit, work permit, other needs of expatriates )Liaise with external partners, like payroll providers, insurance vendors and ensure legal complianceCreate regular reports and presentations on HR metricsAnswer employees queries about HR-related issues including employee benefits programAssist payroll process by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)Ensure all HR processes and policies remain fully compliant with all regulatory and statutory legislationDesign and execute all employee relations including terminations and exit processParticipate in wider HR projects and contribute to design and delivery of overall HR roadmapBe a role model of our culture and maintain excellent relations with internal audience and key stakeholders
