Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Industry Engineering, Labor Economics, Human Resources)

Experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Performance Management & Employee Experience & Engagement processes,

Advanced knowledge and experience in SAP- Success Factors (SF),

Proficiency in MS Office skills,

Advanced level of English,

Job Description:

Ensure that the Performance Management process is inline with the annual calendar plan at global level with a culture that gets stronger every period: keep track of calendar steps, provide periodic reports and conduct analyze studies, take proactive action by identifying obstacles to increase the efficiency of the process and always act with an approach that aims to develop the system (SAP-Success Factors) in case of instant needs by taking initiative,

Take an active role in Talent & Succession Management processes at global level: follow up the annual calendar that is hold regularly every year, ensure that talent & successor datas are placed in SF, ensure 360 degree evaluations are done in SF, make preliminary preparations for the execution of the talent and successor review processes (potential evaluations & talent reviews) and ensure that the evaluations are completed accurately in the system, prepare the reports & analyze studies according to the results, share periodic reports & analyses,

Support the Employee Engagement Survey that is carried out periodically at global level and take a supportive role in such activities: conducting the survey, preparation and reporting processes,

Support every process by documentary with a guide and upload in the platforms maintaining the perspective that supports digitalization and increasing the level of using digital platforms in the company,

Take an active role in the preparations of all necessary reports, announcements and presentations by always collaborating within the related teams at global level,

Make sure that all the documents and systems we use are up-to-date, take the initiative to update them when necessary,

Follow HR related trends and metrics to develop solutions and implement best practices.
