JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
- Assist with payroll administration
- Ensure that Personnel Affairs and time management activities are carried out in accordance with legal regulations and company procedures
- Take part in employer branding activities (Hiring Challenge organizations, university activities etc.)
- Support the effectiveness of all HR processes
- Maintain employee information in HRIS
- Drive and improve the end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition processes
- Support HRBP's in the team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration or similar field,
- Min. 2 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of Turkish Employment and Labor Law, SGK regulations,
- Developed analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills,
- Successful in relationship management,
- Advanced level of English knowledge,
- Able to use MS Office programs well.
It is a fixed term position. The end of the contract is 31.12.2023
