QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
What you will do
HVAC and Facility Management Sales Engineer will be directly reporting to the Solutions Business Unit Director. You will be based in İstanbul, will be part of a growing team and be responsible for selling, renewing and expanding operation and maintenance projects.
You will support the account management strategy and execution for a portion of a strategic national account. You will be managing account relationships, sales/profitability, and direct negotiations as appropriate.
How you will do it
As a Sales Engineer in our Solutions business unit, your main responsibility will be finding the major clients in the local market such as hotels, shopping centers, business centers, hospitals and industrial facilities to sell our technical facility management services. You will sell, renew and expand operation and maintenance projects and also a wide range of HVAC products to reach optimal sales and profit levels.
What we look for
Required
- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering degree or a related technical education,
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in HVAC Industry
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to troubleshoot effectively
- A customer oriented way of working
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- No travel restrictions
Preferred
- Experience in Technical Facility Management
- Fluency in English
