Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Hydraulics Development Engineer

Your contribution to something big:

• Responsible for development, testing and calculation of combi boilers functional design
• Creates solution alternatives for development concepts, performs concept comparison and defines the comparison criteria
• Performs required development, modifies the system (iterations) to improve the test results, performs capability tests and conforms to internal pass criteria
• Identifies problems and risks accurately during testing, seeks expert advice
• Reads/ applies / understands information in design guidelines
• Prepares technical specifications with guidance of responsible engineers/experts.
• Attends technical discussions with suppliers, directs discussions within the cost and quality target and project milestones and/or laboratory requirements
• Requirements, focus area Matrix preparation and review
• Test plan preparation and review
• Technical Risk Management (FMEA, DRBFM,etc…) Participation and Review
• Development report preparation and review
• Leads 8D teams

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering (MSc or PhD degree is preferred)
• Academical Thermodynamic, Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer , HVAC
• ANSYS Fluent, MatLab knowledge and experience will be assets
• At least 5 years experience with similar position in R&D
• Strong technical background and analytical thinking skills
• Advanced level of English

• Able to work within international project teams with very good communication skills
