QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities
- 0-3 years experience in relevant automotive industry
- Advanced level of English in writing and speaking
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, additional computer skill are plus
- Excellent ability to use CAD softwares to understand 2D or 3D design prints (preferably Autodesk Autocad, Catia)
- Knowledge of a wide range of problem solving tools & methods, including statistics, combined with the ability to select & apply them to make data based decisions to sustain higher levels of production quality
- Willing to work the shopfloor for sustainable problem solving
- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
- Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support production and engineering team with production and quality problems
- Propose budget for investment of new equipment and drive these investments
- Produce written reports and make presentations
- To take an active role in the solution of quality complaints (to find root cause, 4M analysis and to take permanent measures, etc.)
- Participating in problem solving teams, execute process improvement projects
- Decide, implement and manage KPI (key performance indicators)
