QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
- 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in financial planning & strategy area
- Advanced level of English both written and spoken
- High level of computer literacy; advanced level of excel & power point knowledge
- Experience in SAP modules is preferable
- Analytical minded, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist to establish company Annual Business plan (Sales & Production), follow-up the progress and performance
- Assist to establish 5-months Sales & Production operation plan (monthly) - Establish 5-months S&P plan, reflecting changed In/External situation, in order to achieve the Annual Business Plan
- Assist to set Group wise KPI targetting, follow up, analysis the results and report to management (Quarterly)
- Assist to collect and brief division wise weekly report
- Assist to prepare monthly management status report
- Assist to organize annual business plan (group wise) meetings and follow up results
- Assist to mid& long term business strategy, follow up and analyze results
- Follow-up regular meetings and prepare management summary
