Your experience and skills include:

  • On the view of the experience, applications will be evaluated for various brands from Eco to Luxe countrywide.
  • Minimum 5 years operational management experience,
  • A strong understanding of Hotel Operations,
  • Sales & Distribution and Revenue Management,
  • Excellent negotiation, financial, analytical skills,
  • Able to perform well under stress, strong organizational and planning skills,
  • Ability to lead, motivate and animate a team
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.

What you will be doing:

  • Overall responsibility for the efficient & effective operations,
  • Maximize revenue potential, maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel objectives& budget,
  • Provide operational & strategic direction to hotel team& support managers in their individual roles,
  • Implement the product & marketing strategies as per the Brand guidelines
  • Promote the hotel through development & implementation of aggressive sales, public relations, marketing and distribution strategies
  • Represent Accor in all matters relating to the hotel
