Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics departments
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in administration processes (preferably in a factory environment)
• Fluency in English spoken and written
• MS Office and reporting skills
• Able to communicate effectively, high team working skills, solution-oriented
• Careful about business tracking and reporting,
• Experienced in preparing, applying and updating procedures.
• Being familiar and having confidence in working with local authorities
• Proven planning and organizing skills
• Having a driving licence
• No military obligations for male candidates
• Residence in Düzce
Job Description
• Follow-up the indirect needs such as consumables, stationery and cleaning materials used in the company and execute the purchasing process
• Define service standards for private security, cafeteria, cleaning, personnel service, building maintenance - repair and construction and find suitable contractors for the services
• Manage the subcontractors by making cost analysis and to manage them within the budget. Conduct, regularly control and report relations for the outsourced services
• Follow up and report the cost items of the company such as electricity, water, heating, and to solve the problems that arise.
• Manage the maintenance processes for the facility like gas, elevator, automatic doors, generator, hydrophore, fire extinguishers and other technical issues.
• Monitor and report any defects or problems related to the facility to the related teams or subcontractors.
• Ensure that all the interior and exterior areas are organized, designed, cleaned and used in accordance with Work Safety Regulations.
• Comply with the instructions for the use of camera systems and to follow the whole process
• Ensure that all communication systems such as computer, telephone and internet work properly, get in touch with 3rd parties or suppliers in case of a problem.
• Follow-up of the separation, recycling and destruction processes of the wastes of the factory
• Ensure that the material warehouses of administrative affairs are organized and manage the administrative affairs archive.
• Provide operational support regarding OHS processes
• Ensure the company's compliance with the regulations related to Administrative Affairs
• Execute the fleet management processes like vehicle inspections, insurance, tire changes, maintenance - repair, HGS-OGS credits, fuel, etc.
• Prepare internal/external reports related to administration functions
• Follow-up personnel embezzlement (fixed phone, mobile phone, data, vehicle, etc.), track usage details, management of budget and its reporting processes
