At our company's headquarters in Tuzla, we are looking for a “export operations specialist” teammate to appoint on the staff of the Export Department.

General Qualifications

· Graduated from related departments of the University (Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics etc.),

· Advanced knowledge of english ,second foreign language (preferably Arabic or French ) will be an asset,

· Able to use MS Office programs and Workbook ERP system effectively,

· Preferably at least 5 years experience in export operations and customs legislation,

· Knowledgeable in international contract and letter of credit legislation,

· Improved decision-making and problem-solving capabilities with communication and collaboration,

· High ability to follow and coordinate,

Job Description,

· Performing operationseffectively , quickly and systematically,

· Entering incoming orders into the system, following up, ensuring coordination with Production and Planning, implementing loading,

· Conducting market research, getting in contact with potential customer and developing customer portfolio,

· Making application of Export incentive and following the process,

· Periodically reporting of export operation processes,

· Responding request of customer (information and document etc.),

· Tracking current accounts of customer and coming to a mutual agreement,
