QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description (Other related duties may be assigned).

Reporting to Export Manager of the organization, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building own portfolio with new prospects,
  • Creating and executing new projects,
  • Supporting all export operations,
  • Communicating with related external partners,
  • Managing whole the process & participating in International Exhibitions,
  • Following on-time delivery and distribution schedule to make sure customer satisfaction,
  • Working in coordination for the relevant products with Project, Planning, Quality and Shipment departments during the process of products until shipment,
  • Establish and maintain existing&new customer relationships and grow profitable sales,
  • Managing marketing plans (sales incentive distribution) for customers,
  • Staying on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth,
  • Will be responsible for conducting research on target markets and including new customers in the portfolio, taking orders from existing customers and new customers, making payments on time and delivering them to the customer,
  • Following regulations in assigned markets and reporting them to the management to take required actions,
  • Working in collaboration with Export Sales Team to make sure accuracy in forecasting and export planning,
  • Market analysis and making suitable strategies to increase sales and customer chains,

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency both in German&English, verbal&written,
  • Candidates should have a minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree and above is an asset),
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in Foreign Trade & Export operations is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of the Production, Industrial & Technical background is a must,
  • Preferably we are looking for female sales specialists (completed their military service for male candidates),
  • Experience & Capability of using ERP system, where we manage all our processes,
  • Excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English are among important requirements,
  • Must have overseas travel experience and must be willing to travel anywhere in the World,
  • Strong planning and negotiation abilities,
  • Ability to keep pace with the flexible and intensive working tempo without any international travel restrictions,
  • Fulfill customer needs for information, product pricing, etc.,
  • High persuasion ability, solid relationship-building and communication skills,
  • Stay current on existing and emerging product and Technologies,
  • Good cooperation ability with other related departments,
  • Think analytically, has strong reporting and presentation capabilities
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications(especially Excel&Powerpoint),
  • Assist customers with solving challenges,
  • Result oriented personality with high energy level and flexibility,
  • Sociable and excellent communication skills with customers,
