QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Established in Izmir in 1996 as the first and only Turkish manufacturer of Rapid Diagnostic Tests, Turklab has been growing to expand its technology and product range to become a global player in the In Vitro Diagnostic industry. We are now looking for strong minded, hardworking individuals to join our growing team.

· Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, Biochemistry or related field preferred.

What You’ll Be Working On:

You will be working as a team player to fulfill the Sales Targets with the following tasks at the SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT:

Essential Job Functions

· Duties will include sales activity to proactively encourage business world-wide, providing operational support to our overseas Distributors, as well as assisting with the development of sales and marketing strategies.

· Overseas travel will also be a feature of this position.

Operational Duties

· Duties will include logistics operations, freight, and carrier management

· Monitor and ensure delivery of all sales orders, including all documentation, system updates, and internal and external communication

· Communicate with customers regarding disposition of Freight (i.e. tracking & tracing, routing & dispatching, and rate quotations).

· Coordinate with the forwarders, brokers and carriers and follow up the logistics issues

Other Skills & Abilities

· Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate (verbally and intuitively) effectively with both customers and internal personnel.

· The ability to work in a fast paced environment.

· Must be career oriented, hardworking, quick learner and have excellent recall for past events/situations/numbers.

· Strong knowledge of personal computers

· Very good communication skills

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study from a reputable university, post-graduation will be an asset,

· Good written and verbal command of English is a must; second language will be an asset,

· Minimum four years of experience in international trade-related activities including extensive experience with export regulations and activities, event marketing, distributor management, etc.


Our factory has located at ITOB – Menderes - IZMIR.

We offer a mini-bus service for transportation from Bornova (Manavkuyu) -

Karsiyaka - Cigli to ITOB.
