GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Graduates of Universities’ Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Engineering and similar departments.
- Min. 1 year of export experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish. Second foreign language is considered as an advantage (especially German).
- Ready to visit customers all around the world periodically and sometimes instantly.
- Customer oriented mindset with good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated to follow-up existing customers and develop new business.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and sales oriented.
- Good team worker, result-oriented. Ability to work independently and take advanced responsibilities.
- Good user of MS Office programs.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Preferably residing around Beylikdüzü,B.çekmece,Esenyurt,Avcılar and so on.
İŞ TANIMI
- Observing and analyzing the market, competitors and customers.
- Investigation of target markets and establishment of strategies according to market dynamics.
- Gaining new customers in target markets, to make sales promotions for increasing the sales.
- Organizing visits to markets and customers he/she is responsible for.
- Setting annual sales targets and identifying demands of countries and customers he/she is responsible for.
- Realization of the sales targets of the relevant customers and dealers in the responsible countries.
- Performing sales activities in the assigned territory to accomplish annual sales objectives.
- Assisting in the development of the sales and marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Preparing periodical sales realization reports.
- Providing market research.
- Regularly (monthly, quarterly, annually) report to Export Manager.
