QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be assigned at our Foreign Trade Operations Department:
QUALIFICATIONS
· Preferably graduated from Logistics or Foreign trade departments of universities,
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function
· At least an upper-intermediate level of English, Having a Class B License,
· Good communication skills
· Having experience in ERP Systems,
JOB DESCRİPTİON
· For import transactions; ensuring the timely loading of the goods after the purchasing process, tracking documentation, making correspondence with banks, preparing job orders for the customs clearance operations of the goods that have arrived at the customs offices, and finalizing them with the customs consulting company.
· Organizing the arrival of the imported goods at our warehouses and creating the files for this process.
· For export transactions; ensuring the creation of the customs documentation after loading such as invoices, packing lists, movement certificates, certificates of origin, bill of lading etc.
· Preparing the necessary instructions for the customs consulting company and the shipping company.
· Following up the timely opening of the customs declarations and creating the files related to this process.
· Following up the documents from the relevant authorities and organizations for the preparation of the collection documents after the export process, ensuring the preparation and transmission of the customer and bank documents.
· Possessing the ability to conduct the necessary arrangements with the internal "planning, purchasing, foreign sales and logistics departments" for the operations of the goods subject to import and export.
· Archiving the documents for the import and export operations and preparing these documents for the regular monthly reporting process.
