QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Import / Export Analyst responsible from all customs and transport procedures
- Controlling and approving all import and export documents
- Sends all shipping docs received to the customs broker or related departments
- Coordination between finance and accounting departments and follow the payments
- Organize the information flow with the seller, customs broker, shipping agent, banks and land transportation agent
- After the goods arrive, follow up the discharge of the goods and port operations , coordinates the customs clearance and payment of the fees
- Prepares and provides the necessary monthly & weekly reports in his/her area of responsibility
- Communication between internal and external customers related with shipping planning for ready to ship stock
- Follow all import & export procedures
- Follow all fees, charges, taxes
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree from International Trade, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Import & Export or Logistics
2 to 5 years of experience at Import & Export area
Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good knowledge about MS Office programs
Experienced in Customs Legislation
Broker & Contract Management skills
