QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Import Export Specialist to join our team in our Italian-Turkish partnership which operates in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone .
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Graduated from Business Administration, International Trade, Foreign Trade departments of universities ,
• Good command of English ,
• Italian knowledge is an asset ,
• At least 3 years of experience in Foreign Trade and Supply Chain ,
• Able to use MS Office programs actively ,
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, planning and business follow-up skills ,
• Good communication skills ,
• Able to work in coordination with common units and teamwork with units ,
• Residing in Manisa or İzmir/Bornova ,
• Having a Class B License and able to drive actively ,
• No military obligation .
JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Having knowledge of Foreign Trade legislation, Supply, Import-Export and Logistics operation processes and following all paperwork processes ,
• To follow up the logistics/shipment during the process from the loading stage to the completion ,
• To communicate with the finance unit on export and import procedures, payment systems ,
• Having knowledge of customs legislation, preparation of necessary documents and operation processes ,
• To carry out the control and approval processes of the declarations filed with the Custom Consultant Companies ,
• To follow up and report the finished operations on current activities, plans and strategies with comparative tables on excel ,
• Carrying out the official correspondence of the company related to foreign trade ,
• To carry out the complete control, documentation, reporting and archiving of the resulting transactions ,
• To make portfolio suggestions by conducting market research for domestic and foreign markets ,
• To participate in relevant meetings in order to improve relations with customers .
