We are looking for an Import Export Specialist reporting to the upper management for our client.

Our client is a sector leading manufacturing company operating at a global level.

The role will be based in GEBZE / KOCAELİ

QUALIFICATIONS

University or Master’s degree graduate,
Min. 3 years of Import Export experience is required,
Advance command of verbal and written English,
Competent in Microsoft Office programs,
Able to take the initiative to complete projects and solve business issues,
Have effective time management skills and prioritize works based on project timelines,
Strong analytical and decision-making skills,
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import and export processes,
Monitor and report export and import operations according to corporate and local policies,
Evaluate all new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures,
Carry out customs clearance of the materials to be imported depending on the production / purchasing program in coordination with the customs broker,
Receiving tenders from logistics companies according to types of logistic activities Fulfilling the whole process related to the inward processing regime,
Other duties could be assigned which are related to the overall import-export business and permits
Managing the process of permission to be taken from official institutions within the scope of import and export regime.
