QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Relations or related disciplines,
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Minimum 2-3 years of foreign exchange processes, customs & exim experience,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
- Strong experience in MS Office applications,
- Experience in SAP (ERP) (FI & MM will be an asset),
- No travel restriction,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Being a team player with strong communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Making daily arrangements for import's payments (advance payments, cash againist documents, cash againist goods),
- Following up non-cash liabilities and limits of Vestel Group,
- Aiming to minimize our Letter of Credit cost with the best maturity option and registering cost items into the SAP system,
- Arranging non cash limits while opening Letter of Credits and selecting best option for opening and confirmation banks according to our conditions,
- Supervising and controlling internal and external audits of Letter of Credits with banks and account departments,
- Following and coordinating all steps with finance, treasury, banks, traders, shipping team and suppliers for smooth trade operations.
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
