QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Import Operation Specialist” for our Supply Chain Organization. The candidate will be reporting to Customs Operations Executive and ideally is/has;
- Bachelor's Degree from related departments (Foreign Trade, International Trade, Business Administration etc.),
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Import Customs Operations,
- Has an excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Has knowledge of Customs & Foreign Trade legislation and customs clearance procedures, customs brokerage assistant license will be an asset,
- Excellent command of MS-Office tools, especially MS Excel,
JOB DESCRİPTİON
- Manage all daily customs operations activities in accordance with regulation and company policy in all areas of the business unit and coordinate all information and document flow with all related parties
- Supply of the necessary documents on time and correct, coordinate with customs brokerage company
- Organize of International transport activities
- Control and confirm customs declarations
- Follow up deadlines of temporary import &export
- Apply for import permissions /follow up and obtain by legal authorities
- Check and collect all expenses related customs operations
- Support to Customs Operations IT Project of the company
