QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in mechanical, electronics or metallurgy &
material engineering,
- At least 2-5 years operation experience preferably in white goods /
automotive manufacturing, quality or after sales technical service,
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English,
- Advanced MS Office knowledge, preferably experience in data structures, database management and data analysis,
- Ability to use measurement instruments and test equipments,
- Good knowledge of basic core quality approaches like; FMEA, 8D, APQP, PPAP, MSA,SPC, Calibration,
- Good knowledge about problem solving methods (Fish bone, 5 Why etc.),
- Good knowledge ofand experience with quality systems
(ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001),
- Dynamic, team player and having good communication, problem solving and enacting skills,
- Leadership for direct employees,
- No obstacles for travels,
- Below 30 years of age,
- Having a valid driving license and active driver,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
- Controlling incoming material and material quality status,
- Responsibility in the supplier, controlling and monitoring,
- Preparing the quality documentation for projects,
- Supervising of inspection and test procedures,
- Definition of quality improvement measures for suppliers and
following up in cooperation with procurement,
- Reporting and following up of non-conformities or
of supplier deviation requests,
- Repeats inspection procedure until product meets quality standarts and
specifications are attained,
- Preparing the Incoming quality documentation /
reports/ instructions for projects,
- Determine QC staff training needs, coordinate and provide
appropriate training and coaching,
- Measuring activities for production tests for mew material and
supplier validation,
- All other duties as assigned.
