QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
umdasch Madosan is one of the leading manufacturers of retail and warehouse racking systems in Bursa, operating in a area of 16.000 square meters. We are looking for an "Industrial Design Supervisor" to be assigned within the Engineering and Technology department to achieve greater things together.
General Qualifications:
• Graduates from technical departments of universities (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in design or R&D / P&D related departments in the metal sector,
• Preferably with sheet metal forming and describing detail design processes for manufacturing, knowledgeable about materials and costs.
• Knowledge of technical drawing rules, dimensioning, surface treatment marks and tolerances, welded representation and geometric tolerance.
• Able to use Solidworks programs well,
• Good knowledge of materials, equipment and systems,
• Have the ability to read/write English at a level to be able to prepare and understand documents related to their technical discipline,
• Good command of English (German is preferred as a second language.)
• Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and be result-oriented,
• Inclined to team work and working with different cultures,
• Project tracking and management,
• Having strong communication skills, attentive, dynamic and able to work in a team,
• Strong reporting and analytical skills,
• Proficient in Ms Office programs,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
• No domestic and international travel barrier
• Those who are/will be residing in Bursa.
Job description:
• Mechanical design of parts and products and development of existing products in line with current orders and new projects,
• Carrying out the project follow-up and costing studies in accordance with the standards in the commissioning of new products
• Preparation of technical drawings of the mechanical designs,
• Creation of Parts Lists
• Filing, managing archiving,
• Preparation of customer files,
• Making improvements to existing designs
• To make trials of the products that have been completed, to produce solutions to the problems that arise together with the team.
