About Role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to work in the Procurement, Category and Planning departments in Madame Coco head office.

Education & Language Skills

· Graduated from the Industrial Engineering department of universities,

· Fluent in English (both written & verbal)

About You

• Minimum 1 year of experience planning a career in the retail industry,

• Advanced planning and reporting skills,

• Researching international innovations and publications in the field,

• Ability to quickly implement innovations and create strategies,

• Result and solution oriented, with an analytical point of view,

• Able to use MS Office programs,

• Prone to teamwork and cooperation, compatible with flexible working hours,

• Dynamic, with high effective communication skills,

• Completed military service for male candidates.

Planning Department Job Description

• Planning the number of products by making analyzes according to the previous period data,

• Determining the quantities of the products in the packing list that have passed the quality control, to be distributed to Abroad, E-Commerce and Stores,

• Ensuring that incoming units are allocated at the right time, place, amount and at the right sales price,

• To follow up and plan the weekly shipments of the opened orders,

• Weekly/monthly/yearly sales, stock, profitability analysis and reporting of the responsible products,

• Follow-up of the shipment of the orders transferred to the warehouse,

• Planning seasonal or campaign products and determining the number of needs,

• Preparing and interpreting stock sales reports and taking necessary actions.

Supply Department Job Description

• Ensuring that the producer portfolio is controlled and managed,

• Adhering to the procurement calendar for each season and carrying out the product procurement operations in accordance with the calendar,

• Ensuring that samples of all kinds of products or materials to be procured are provided and shared with the relevant units in order to ensure that the relevant tests and controls are carried out on time,

• Timely taking, controlling and following up the actions regarding the Accounting and Finance processes of the supply operations for which it is responsible,

• Making market analysis of the responsible product groups,

• Monitoring sales performances (online, in-store) and taking necessary actions

• Following the performance criteria of the suppliers and taking the necessary actions to improve them.
